Your download has make-a-copy links. The form and both sheets land in your club's own Google Drive.

Allow
Let the sheets run in your account, so the sums update by themselves. Google may warn that it hasn't verified the script, because it runs in your own account. The guide shows every click.

Post the form link in your squad's group chat. That's it.

Questions
Do I need a paid Google account?
No. It works in a free Google account that the club owns, not a coach's personal Gmail. For players' health data, Google Workspace is better, because it comes with Google's data-protection terms, and it's free for eligible non-profits through Google for Nonprofits. The guide explains both.
How many players and teams?
As many teams as your club has: make one copy for each team. Each copy is built for a squad of up to 40 players.
How soon will I see a status?
Once a player has filled in the form 10 times in the last 4 weeks. That's about two weeks if they fill it in every morning, so ask players to do it every day, not just on training days.
Does it work in Excel?
No. It's built for Google Forms and Google Sheets, so players can fill it in from their phones and the sheets update by themselves.
What if we outgrow the sheets?
If your club takes on S&C or sports-science staff and moves to the READY/SET app within 12 months, your €149 comes off the app's first year.
Your data, your club
Your players' answers stay in your club's Google account. Your club is in charge of that data (the "data controller"), so a few things are up to you:
- Use a Google account the club owns, not a coach's personal Gmail.
- Get a parent's consent for players under 18, and give players the privacy notice.
- Only share the sheets with the coaches who need them.
- Delete a player's data when they leave the club.
The pack includes the wording to make this easy.
The licence, in plain English
- One club, as many teams as you like.
- For use inside your club only. Please don't resell it or share it with other clubs.
- It's supplied as it is, and it isn't a medical device.
